    Safety Office Depot retains the right to terminate the License at any time by notice to the Licensee should the Licensee violate any terms of the agreement. When the Licensee terminates, the Product and any derivative products must be returned to Safety Office Depot.

    You may not use this information to prepare documents for a third party unless this License is amended in writing and acknowledged by both you and Safety Office Depot.

    You may not copy the information or place it on an on-line system. 

    You may not rent or lease the product.

    Refund Policy and Conditions for ESD (Electronic Software Distribution).  The software products available for purchase on our web site are as advertised and are fully-functional as downloadable software format.  Downloadable products purchased are NOT refundable nor do we accept returns on software products purchased online.
